CNLA OFFICE FIT-OUT

For this project, we provided the fit-out layout for the tenant's proposed new office space. We prepared a tender package for the partition systems and glazed office fronts.

The office space was ultimately fit out with a streamlined, black profile modular wall and glazing system supplied by Haworth Inc. 

BAYVIEW SECOND FLOOR

Our Clients were looking to add an ensuite bathroom to accommodate their growing family. 

​

We reconfigured the second-floor layout, borrowing space from both the existing master and adjacent bedroom. The goal was to fit both a shower and soaker tub in the space, a rare find in an urban Toronto home.

The result was a sleek, open plan bathroom and a reconfigured bedroom, which now serves as a nursery to the newest member of the family.

SHAVER FIT-OUT

We worked alongside Joan & Co. to furnish this Toronto home. With the exception of the homeowner's existing art collection and limited personal items, we procured everything new to furnish and make this four bedroom new-build feel like home for our Client.

The result was a bright and airy aesthetic to suit the Client's taste.
