A proposed exterior rework of the existing front facade of this spacious classic detached home to make way for a coveted parking area on its compact urban Toronto lot. The outcome was a facade rework to create a more balanced street-front elevation. The design was intended to lean into the coastal aesthetic of its beach location.

The impressive undertaking of an extensive addition to an existing heritage farmhouse, providing an additional 2,600 sf of living space and a three-car garage. 

Due the limitations on new construction work within the conservation zones, this design had to accommodate two boat slips within the footprint of the existing single slip boathouse. The outcome was a compact, but classic replacement which worked with the aesthetic of the existing structures on the lot.  

A new construction design for a vacant lot in Kawartha Lakes. The owner's goal was to pursue a design with sleek and linear volumes. This house design features an interior elevator and indoor pool with a seamless connection to the outdoors by way of its stackable wall glazing.  The grade was raised to accommodate the site's history of floods. 

This was a project focused on the study of possible cladding and finishing options for the exterior rework of an existing centre plan home. 

Prepared proposed plans for an efficient two bedroom and upper sleep deck cottage layout, that accommodates the steep level change of this cottage lot.The goal was to maximize sleeping area for this growing family, whilst being mindful of our intervention on the site.
