A proposed exterior rework of the front facade to accommodate a coveted parking area on an urban lot and balance design of the elevation. 

The impressive undertaking of an extensive addition to an existing heritage farmhouse, providing an additional 2,600 sf of living space and a three-car garage. 

The design had to accommodate two boat slips within the footprint of the existing single slip boathouse. The outcome was a compact, but classic replacement. 

A new construction design for a vacant lot in Kawartha Lakes. The owners goal was for a design with sleek and linear volumes. 

This was a project focused on the study possible cladding and finishing for the exterior rework of an existing centre plan home.
