This project is located on a large acreage in Wellington County. The scope of work includes a 2,600 sqft addition to the existing farmhouse, as well as a renovation and minor addition to the existing three-bay coach house.

The house addition at the ground level addition includes a new three car garage, mud-room, full three-piece bathroom, craft room, dining room and laundry room. The second floor component of the addition includes a new master closet, ensuite, and loft play space above the garage.

The project underwent approvals to Committee of Adjustment prior to the Building Permit Reviews.
