Our Client's existing second floor was typical of many older Toronto homes, it only had one 3-piece bathroom on the floor. They were looking to add a new ensuite bathroom to accommodate their growing family and provide a bit of privacy for the owners.

We reconfigured the second-floor layout, borrowing space from both the existing master bedroom and adjacent bedroom. The goal was to fit both a shower and soaker tub in the space, a rare find in an urban Toronto home.

The result was a sleek, open-plan bathroom and a reconfigured secondary bedroom, which now serves as a nursery to the newest member of the family.
