Atelier DPC Inc. acts as the architect of record for Humbold Properties Toronto and Markham properties.

Since 2018, we have worked on 16 projects (and counting) with the Humbold team. These range from the preparation of permit drawings for small interventions such as demising walls and new private offices, to larger full-suite tenant fit-ups for their various tenant groups.

Each project is unique and tailored to the incoming or existing tenant group. Emphasis is often on an expedited project turn around, to mitigate delays for both the tenant and property manager.
