This project is located on a large acreage in Wellington County. The scope of work includes a 2,600 sqft addition to the beautiful existing farmhouse, as well as a renovation and minor addition to the existing coachhouse. This project is in the construction phase.

This project involved the furniture fit-out of new build home. We assisted in the design of new millwork, sourcing, procurement and the install.
Kawartha's Lake House
This 4,800 square foot new-build modern lake house is currently in the Building Permit Review stage and will begin construction
BEACHES CURB APPEAL
Rework of an existing Toronto Beaches home. Scope includes a modified home facade, entrance, landscaping and drive access. This project is under review with the Commitee of Adjustment.
Bayview Second Floor
This project involved a reconfiguration of the existing second floor plan to accommodate new master bedroom ensuite.
Laurel Front Addition
Small addition to front facade to create a new entrance space and powder room at ground floor and new ensuite and walk-in closet at second floor.
Laneway House
Proposed for a new Toronoto laneway unit with parking below.
